Tucked away in the misty highlands of Tolima, Colombia, our farm lies where rich volcanic soil meets the equatorial sun. In this environment, coffee matures slowly, allowing complex sugars to develop and creating the deep, distinctive flavors that define specialty-grade beans.
Each tree is carefully tended by hand, and every cherry is harvested at peak ripeness. This isn’t mass production—it’s craftsmanship, elevated by altitude.
